• Fill out our Trade-In Form (Excel Spreadsheet) or (PDF) with the products you would care to liquidate and Fax it to us (860)-296-1662. We can fill in the values for you or you can fill in values based on our monthly Pricing Guide.
• When pricing is confirmed on our end we arrange to have inventory sent to our location
• We will either: a) Pick up Inventory if reasonable or b) Arrange to have it sent to our location
• Payment is remitted once the inventory is received and confirmed

Our company can also help your shop in three additional areas:

1. "No Limit" Trade-In Program: Use our service to accept trade-ins from your members in exchange for equipment OR shop credit. We encourage you to have No Limit on the amount of clubs your members can trade. It simply results in added sales for your shop. Ship the trade-ins to our warehouse and payment is processed in 3-5 days.(Free signage available for your shop along with stickers and business cards)
2. We purchase shop Demos and Excess Gear: We purchase new & used equipment from shops. View our monthly value guide to see updated pricing. Or send us your list so we can price it for you to save you time.
3. Looking for a club you can’t find? We are a great resource for hard to find clubs your members may be looking for.

If interested, please use the attached a log sheet which you can use to communicate inventory you may have to sell. This log sheet can be returned to us via email OR fax: 860-296-1662.

Upon agreement of pricing, we will arrange to have inventory sent to our facility.

1. RA# for the inventory will be issued for any inventory that we purchase
2. UPS Label will be sent to your email address to print out and use for returned goods
3. Boxes can be provided at a minimal cost for shipping the items to us if needed

The No-Limit trade-in process is simple:

1. You accept trade-ins from your customers towards purchases in your shop.
2. You can see what we will pay for clubs by viewing our value guide that is updated monthly on our web site and can also be printed out.
3. You can use our UPS Shipper number or we can arrange for prepaid labels that we will send to you along with some simple shop signage about accepting trade-ins.
4. We issue you an RA# for returning the equipment to our warehouse.
5. Payment: We have credit cards on file that you can use once the clubs are sent to our facility OR allow us 5 business days to send a check to your business upon confirmation and receipt of equipment.
